I roasted 6 pumpkins this weekend. Pumpkin soup. Amazing. Froze the rest. Love pumpkin.

We decorate our pumkin with washable paint. After Hallowen it gets washed cut up and eatten. Pumkin is food and mighty delish too. OHH and also good for you skin as a mask...beautiful!

I enjoy pumpkin soup or roasted pumpkin with salt, pepper and olive oil or pumpkin pie... not from the can. Yummy pumpkin. Beautiful pumpkins

I was thinking about this last night...I wonder how many hungry people in the world could be fed with the pumpkins people use as a decoration?? It's a shame, really!
