Hi My Tenba Messenger's handle has frayed and the plastic insert protrudes. Does Tenba warranty that type of wear and tear?

The perfect camera bag would inflate some airbags to cushion the fall.
This is not a feature in this bag thus it's not perfect.

@mugzy05: The Mesenger comes with the (removable) Photo Insert that fits inside the main compartment. The original version of this bag did not come with this insert, most likely the source of the confusion.
