I thought this speech was great, you had a strong opening . The content moved me which clearly demonstrates your ability to connect with the audience. I can fully identify with the harsh realty of being let go. I also find your speech very inspiring.

I have tried to watch this video numerous times. I get to watch a few seconds and then it streams for a long time. I imagine that is why you have 698 views, no comments and no ratings.

The selection of your words were easy to understand and more importantly I felt like you were conversing with me on personal level.
You showed confidence and calmness. Perhaps something that you might want to consider for future speeches is to be more animated and perhaps module your tone of voice to convey sadness and excitement.
Other than that you are a magnificent speaker.

Wildawake, Thanks for the confidence that my video would garner more attention than it has!
I have been unable to duplicate your problem, either watching it in the channel or on a regular page, and I have a slow broadband connection (1 Mbps).
