Which book are they talking about? Very nice that Kevin addresses potential abuse and the fine line between the "wisdom of crowds" and the "madness of the mobility." The question "What does technology want?" indeed is an interesting Gedankenexperiment.

But they could seriously have filmed this better! Staring an overexposed window the whole time is annoying...
