Snatch with 40kg is coming along well. Condition is finally responding to the training. I'm strong now but extra weight I gained and condition lost was holding me some with endurance. I really never focused much with heavy kettlebells but now that I'm not competing and my schedule has been stable, I can add some condition to the strength I built over the last year or more with StrongSport™. It's getting harder but I'm enjoying the variety of workouts.

@housestrengthcamp It took me two years to learn how to do a single with this bell .. what he does? It doesn't seem humanly possible how that bell floats up there .. simply incredible!
