Anodizing titanium parts with an IPEC Global console-style titanium anodizing line. This is a small portion of the actual testing we did on this particular line prior to shipping it out to the customer. You can hear the air agitation, push air, exhaust air and the sounds of the pumps and the power supply fans in the background of the audio.

This particular system is a much larger line than most of our customers need because the customer purchasing this system has a very high production requirement for AMS Type II (non-galling) anodizing, so we built the line with one color anodizing tank and two type II anodizing tanks, each with a separate power supply. We also integrated a pH neutralization reactor into the center console, and added a timed-rinse controller to minimize rinsewater usage.
