This guy is just plain stupid. There was one time I realized I accidently left my license at home. Common sense told me to drive very carefully so as not to get pulled over in that situation. This bonehead decides to smoke weed AND go 100+ without a license. ARE YOU THAT DUMB???

@jay2tha206 It's good that he cited him. Cops need to show that athletes don't get special treatment. One of the Troopers I know here in Reno pulled over Colin Kaepernick and gave him a ticket. If the average joe gets a ticket then they should too, but that's just my take.
