The first attempt of this video failed but this time I have made it shorter. Before I catched my flight back to London Heathrow I watched some planes at Frankfurt Airport on 30/12/07.

  • hey i was wondering if u needed to clear customs in order to go onto this terrace thing. do u have to clear customs or go through customs to go watch planes?

  • Yes you do have to go through security in order to go and see the planes outside.

  • 1- United Airlines 777-200

    2- British Airways A320-200

    3- Lufthansa 737-500/300

    4- Emirates A330-300

    5- US Airways A330-300

    6- Delta 767-300/400

  • You are absolutely right!

  • Frankfurt international is incredible because of the variety of planes and airlines.. but then again you see a lot of Lufthansa with all its beautiful birds.. I like the video.. thanks..

    FRA the best!!!

  • UA: Not to LAX or SFO with a 777-200.

The vid (I thought) was a bit poor. One gets the impression that all your knowledge comes from a book perched on your knee below. You dont really know a thing. I mean "And its off to somewhere in the United States" WOW!!!! YOU ARE KIDDING! How the fuck did you know that? And you might have said that that was a BA A319 to LHR... Or the EK service from duabi, a330-200...

  • hey man your vid is wonderful. next week I will go to USA form Hungary with a connection flight from FRA. The layover time is 7 hours (fuck it) and my question is that is it possible that I go to this observatory place while waiting? What security requirements are for transit travellers if any?

    thanks

  • so busy airport

  • oh and Alanta

  • the following US cities are serviced nonstop from frankfurt : Houston Dallas Denver Chicago New York Newark Detroit Miami Orlando Charlotte San Fransisco Los Angeles Seattle as far as i can remeber
  • what r u flying?

  • True, that makes sense. I wish they had an observation deck in Denver. Hopefully Frankfurt is as nice of airport as everyone says. I get to fly on a A340-600 for the first time

  • have fun in frankfurt, i used to live there...

"Being about planes" i also about where they come from and where they are headed, not just airline and aircraft.

  • Pretty sure he said off to the United States. And there was a British Airways A319 but nothing mentioned about LHR. What is wrong with saying engines roaring? I would have said in my video "engines loud as fuck"! Either that would be a complement to me for a girl screaming that loud, or it would be a complement to the power that plane put out! Give the kid credit he tried!

  • Wow man some people are just harsh huh? The United flight was to ORD or IAD. Good call on the US Airways flight to Philadelphia. I am headed to Munich next month from Denver and have a layover in Frankfurt. Can't wait to hit that observation deck. I will do you a favor and tape nothing but 737-300 and ask for comments. Maybe mrbeanaswell can tell me where all of them are coming from. Hopefully everyone who watches this video is about the planes and not the destinations they are headed to.
