Erin I'm working with a coach and on a strict diet to compete in future. He says green veggies are never a problem and can be eaten whenever. I eat a lot of broccoli and green beans to fill up on...is this ok? I mean in a day I might have like 5 cups worth going by weight though.. I know they are fibrous carbs, but will this hinder my diet at all in your opinion? Thanks Erin
