Day 1- Chest abs and calves
Day 2- Back Triceps and Shoulders
Day 3- Hams Quads and Biceps

  • @bigplayray09 I've been workingout for 7 months and I've gained 14 lbs. Is that good?

    The first couple of months my weight was at a stand. Nowstill, went from 165 to 168 to 174 now I'm at 179, is that normal?

    I'm 6'4", my goal is 200 right now.

  • @OD817 about 2 pounds a month is pretty awesome. Putting weight on too too fast is 9 times out of ten more so fat. keep doin what you are doin

  • @neocaramale True! Im tryin to help all that i can. An ecto is in the making. My own personal story is helpful for the ecto i thought becuase thats what most of my vids are about. how i gain weight and maintain. I just posted a vid about carbo gain for my ectos you sen it yet???

  • im a endomorph bro im trying to gain muscle without too much fat i do cardio 5-6 days i find im loosing weight in my face too much my whole family is saying you look weak but am loosing fat i feel great my lifts are getting stronger but my face is getting smaller im getting freaked out what can i do

  • @trinixp you can try a pre work out sup or if you dont want that try a squirt of vitamin b complex my wife uses that for engry in the late after noon.

  • in the last 4 months i have gained about 20lbs :) and i still have my abs and definition, thankyou for all of your videos

  • yes that true. That the thing i do not work out that time because i work at that time so it but hard for me to do that. I workout after work that is in the evening time. I take my supp and and eat good foods but some time i do not have full power. That why i am looking for extra energy to push hard.
