umm im tryna export a flash video to sony vegas pro 9 ...quality is not that good and i cant fix that.. anyone can help me?? im desperate..no matter what i put it to .. AVI, MOV or anything at all ...quality is crap! its makin me mad...help pleaaseee!

When i change the fps (frames per second) i change to current and it appears with an error and put its back to 30 (the frame rate for the movie) will this have an effect on qaulity? and when exporting it it takes forever to "Record flash content" is this ok?

the thing i dont like about .mov's is that it leaves that transparent frame behind every new frame
dont know how to get rid of that
