  • I enjoyed this video. I lived in Cripple Creek for a few years in the early 1980s, and often visited friends there in the late 1970s. Like no other place I've ever been, for sure.

    places to go in Colorado. You can just feel the history when you walk down those streets,

    and it's only about an hour's drive from Colorado Springs.......................­.
