The dock is Cairo Dock, I guess. But this does not look like Mac OS X if you ask me.

@aryillum I can't explain all in a comment, you should search "os x" in the theme explorer of kde, but don't worry, I'll be uploading a video with the following steps and the packages you nedd to download
