I primarily drink the ready to drink shakes, they are good, convenient and travel well.

I have a hard time with the prepackaged soup and eggs and oatmeal. I just don't find it all that special and they are hard to gag down for weeks on end. I don't get the drinks because I don't think they are as filling. Shakes, pudding, pancakes (get out some sugar free syrup) are a good bet. Soft serve looks good as well.

@janaiandcolby Compared to the other programs we cost less it's for an entire month of food and I can get you a discount and free shipping and 4 free boxes of food the first two months order so it will be under 300. Most people find it's cheaper than what they spend on food now. Everyone needs to buy food it's just changing where you buy it and the results it creates. What is the value of good health?
