  • it's hot. it's manly.

  • I train with girya, and it has completely changed my body composition in less than 18 months. I'm 50, look mid to upper 30s, and tonight I successfully picked up a 24 year old financial analyst on the train home.

You *can* train to get puffy muscles with girya, but the real goal is strength and stamina. I've seen skinny kids clean and jerk 32kg above their heads with five reps each hand.

It is the fountain of youth.

  • i cant believe how manly pavel is. something about a guy who fakes a voice... so tough!

  • Id like to know what the fatality rate is,for this job is. Looks quite dangerous.

  • "It goes in the junk heap of history. Next to Communism!"

  • its hot....... its manly!! hahahahaha what a knob! hahaha

  • Manufactuering process isn't this guys specialty, that's for sure.

  • I like the idea of doing both cardio and working the muscel at the same time, because that's real world applicable.

  • I went on my first live fire call last night, and did some shoveling and I could feel my abs burn pretty good by shoveling and within about 10 minutes of rigorous shoveling I was exhausted.

I am a skinny guy at 145lbs and 5'10 and have been running 1.8miles in 15min, I am up to 130 lbs (3 reps) benching, 106lbs on the ab crunch, 100lb lats, 62.5lbs fly, arm curls 50lb, and arm extension 62.5.

  • It's not how big a person's muscles are, it's literally how much a person can handle. I'd love to try kettlebell training, and have access to a couple of kettlbell DVD's, but kettlebells are quite expensive, and the nearest training place is around 35miles away.

I've been told by an employee at my local workout place to stick with what they have. Dumbell, and about 13-14 machines, treadmill and elipticals.

  • i mean u can only change so much and hes already crazy fit. give him a break hes old lol

  • I've asked a couple of Russian immigrants about k-bell training and mentioned Pavel. Neither seemed to recognize his name, but both were VERY positive about k-bell training results.
