When they say "Code Monkey like you," do they mean "Code Monkey likes you" or "Code monkey is like you?"

I think it's a matter of how you interpret it. It could mean to you that the 'Code Monkey' in this video likes 'you'(the girl), which I think is most common.  But, it could also be taken as 'Code monkey is like you', meaning you have a boring job, and you have a secret crush on a girl you know you'll never get. Hope this makes scene!
