The bigger problem is NUHW's Kaiser leaflet saying our contract's not at risk. I read the actual case at the back of the leaflet, and it says that the contract in place when a decert happens DOES become "void." You can't go to arbitration if you're fired because there's no contract. Members get some protection, since the employer can't cut wages or benefits right away, but the employer CAN cut them if it declares an "impasse." So if NUHW takes over our great contract IS at risk. Don't be fooled!
