If I'm honest it's not that Adobe like, I am planning to do a tutorial using the method I I tend you use, although the tutorial is good, I just disagree with yor methos.

Really? I think it looks alot like the CS3 icon, but not the CS4 Icon. It also depends on the application, it looks quite similar to the Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended icon in my opinion.
