To get your roots straight when doing a rollerset add tension and Don't air dry.

Your hair is really pretty; however, most oil sheens contains alcohol which dries your hair out so check to seeif it has alcohol in it. it will say Isopropyl. Elasta QP is Design Silk is really good and has Vitamin A, B2, C-F, h k. It will give your hair a nice shine.

thank you after seeing you do it i did it too my hair is shorter than yours but it came out great. i used to have issues with the ends looking a mess. the roller set solved that i did have to flat iron my hair after but it was way easier than it would have been without the roller set. love that you taught me to oil sheen the hair while in rollers that is so important thanks

In my opinion, if you're roller setting to protect your hair from heat, you're being counterproductive and causing damage by manipulating your hair so much with the comb and then using the flat iron. Try roller setting and sitting under a hooded dryer.
