I'm guessing the idea came from the fast and the furious films, not the turbo boost the neon and the internal engine shots. Looks good though.

That's why i hated the new show, they didn't have the sound of turbo boost, what the hell is kitt jumping and he doesn't make the sound, and who wants to see the innards of the car, when watching porn, i could care less of the blood moving through the bits from the innards, i'm just watching it for the outwards.
