@xygomorphic44 No. Listen again she explains it perfectly. The water boils and turns into steam, as a result the water expands causing the cooking oil vapour to also expand which then burns and in turn creates the fireball.

So basically the fire is so hot it it strips the hydrogen and oxygen out of the water and burns them separately. Whoever thought water could burn?

Well I ran my car on cooking oil.
It worked perfectly for over 8 years.
now my sis got it.
yes cooking oil is a good fuel and can burn violently

@LucaTurilli89 any diesel will run cooking oil, do a quick youtube search on it. You can treat the oil to make it less viscous (spl?) by adding alcohol to it and by purifying it.
