  • HAHAHAHAHAHA THATS NOT EVEN ONE SITTUP

  • @PsychoFlounder

Full sit-ups do not excercise the abdominals. Instead they excercise the hip flexors so going up all the way to the knees is a wasted effort. The shoulders coming off the ground is enough to excercise the abdominals.

  • @dude58677 Actually thats were your wrong, see, its like exersising your traps, you flex the muscle the properway, in proper form, the muscle fibers will be stretched to the maximum, another example: when you do a sit up, it is meant to be done as if you are curling like paper, however people think this does damage are full of shit, iv bin doing it for 5 years straite, and have encounterd no problem, and by squeesing your uper adominal muscles against the lower ones, causes stress.

  • What I read in fitness training manuels and peer review scientific articles does not say what you have said and you posted no video of yourself doing crunches.

Finally, numerous fitness trainers, sports agents, sports sponsors, olympic athletes, etc have all seen my video's and say that the proper from is being used.

"and by squeesing your uper adominal muscles against the lower ones, causes stress"

What you see on these clips is only a fraction of the workouts I have been doing. I've done these workoout every other day for the last 4 years and have never suffered an injury.

Again and finally, you have never posted a video showing yourself you can do better.

  • I will be posting an ab instructional video within the next two weeks.

  • This video as well as the other 115 rep video was made because someone questioned my form in the "664 ab crunches per 10 minutes" video. This shows that my form was good. I also have no interest in bodybuilding as I only focus is on form and not a six pack which is subjective. A six pack comes from strict dieting as well as weight training machines whcih isolates the muscles.
