So I could lecein to this video every night I go to sleep and then I will have confident :) I I'm really nervous when it come to talk to people

@StrictlyKayden969 2 is ok. I generally say concentrate on 1 per week. But it depends on where you are. Other alternatives would be to listen to 1 one day and then another the next day,and alternate this for about a week. Or you could listen to a different one every day for a week.You can also listen to 2 or 3 or more different ones in one day, and that would be ok. It depends a little on what you want to achieve and your own personal preferences, and what works best for you:)

how many different hypnosis tracks would you recommend listenint to at one time? is 2 to much?

this was simply amazing. throughout the whole video I literally could not feel any part of my body whatsoever. although throughtout the video, every once in a while my eyes would seem to open for just a quick moment but I wouldnt even realize it after it happened. but other than that, it was great!

I love your videos, but I have one question. For this particular voice, at some time during the video, it sounds like he's randomly talking in another language. Is this normal or am I in too deep of a trance?

@ChuckBartowskiLover7 hey thanks! It is my voice and the same language throughout. Perhaps it’s my accent? Try fast forwarding to the part where you think it changes and have a listen to it while you are not in hypnosis. Yes, when you get really deep, you can notice different things or suggestions that you didn’t notice on a previous listening to the session:)

@Tejeda1996 Yes, if you listen to this every night, it will hopefully help you become more confident. I would perhaps alternate it with some of the other videos, like sessions 1 & 2 of the social anxiety series and also the ‘safe and motivation’ session. Also try some of the tapping, which is available on the website as that can help too. It is not easy to overcome shyness, but taking small consistent steps over a period of time can help a lot:)
