I think the best comment is the lack of laughter from the audience. The riffing and silliness is supposed to be unsuspected...she seems to be "taking the piss" from the start. (To borrow a phrase from the Brits...)

Oh dear god - I hate how people compare other performers to the people who originated the roles. Actors do a role their OWN way - look for the positives and negatives in a performance, and yes say which one you prefer - but not on a video of someone else!!! Sara was indeed better at this role- but it's wrong to explain that ona video of someone else!!
