Before the war, police reports were written
and the police were contacted about "something might happen"
The streets became filled with people driving and some more came
in and they had excellent driving skills and a timing that was exact.
Military like then or an enemy advancing.
So they had advance warning.
They just thought it was Hamburg overseas and not, potentially, Hamburg, NY... near Lackawanna, NY (al qaida 6 sleeper unit's town)
