I didnt drink OR smoke ciggarettes before smoking weed. Its been years and still weed is the only "drug" i use. it is not a gateway drug, and is much less harmful than alcohol.

I smoke weed, but I never touch alcohol or cigarettes. But I do live in BC, Canada, and weed is pretty easily accessible here. x]

Caffeine is a drug, Greg. I'd think that's the first people generally abuse. I've seen people who don't seem to be able to go even a day without soda. I've been clean for five years!

Thank you for this. I do not believe that Marijuana is a Gateway Drug. I think that the whole term Gateway Drug is an excuse for those who want something to blame for the things that they got themselves into. Yes, Marijuana usually is the first drug that people tend to try, but the drugs people try are things they try on their own. They chose it on their own, and it's something they probably wanted to try long before they had ever tried Marijuana.

I smoked marijuana when i was 18, a year before I drank alcohol and i still have never smoked a cigarette.

I'm surprised that you, a very outspoken vegan, would bash marijuana. It's a 100% natural plant, and can be baked in brownies, cookies, cake, etc., and also taken as a THC pill (although much harder to attain) as to avoid smoke inhalation.

If you never do drugs, then you should keep your opinion on drugs to yourself. You'll just embarrass yourself by sharing your lack of knowledge.

It's really messed up that alcohol and cigarettes are legal but marijuana isn't. Honestly, so many horrible things can come from alcohol and cigs, but marijuana in its natural form is very safe.

@Djshomusic So true, I find the term offensive too, I choose to smoke MJ because I have chronic muscle tension due to stress but its not legal in the state I live in which is so sad. I believe people choose to do hardcore drugs are weak minded and easily influenced, using to escape their reality which is also very sick and sad. Peace.
