Norwegian fishing company Sjøvik is fishing offshore occupied Western Sahara. The fisheries is taking place against the wishes of the Sahrawi people, and is thus in violation of international law.
The highly unethical fisheries is done with a licence from Moroccan authorities. No state in the world recognises Saharan waters as Moroccan.
The Norwegian government urges Norwegian companies to stay away from the territory.
