In defense of the youth, we were raised in the disaster that was Bush's presidency. Destroyed government is all we know. We're so busy trying to find any kind of work and staving off crippling depression from having to move back in with our parents as we see the elderly take jobs that have been traditionally held by high school and college students trying to gain experience that we don't have time to be thinking about elections.
