A nice rendition. I've always felt The Gondoliers was an under-appreciated G&S operetta.

Thank heavens for a conductor, director and choreographer who realized this was meant to be an exhilarating dance number, not a careful, deliberate examination of Cuban (later Andalusian/Spanish) dance rhythms.

I may be biased, but I totally agree! After all, the Gondoliers chorus consists of a bunch of peasants. And, seeing as they're singing about abundant wine, I'm not sure that they'd be so interested in carefully examine dance rhythms. ;)
