@wesclay14 okay that explains it. I don't even think I caught Garfield and friends until it came on Nick in the late 90's. My Saturday Mornings were spent with Fox Kids and USA cartoon express for TMNT

@newsmaniaingaidai I'm wondering if that's Garfield and Friends. It can't be Garfield and Friends because I thought that debuted in '88 not '85. It has to be a different Garfield cartoon

Aww, television was always always singing back then. Commercials, Show intro's and even station ident's were full of these euphoric (albeit saccharine) jingles. I think this is what I miss the most about the 80's.
