This is our third segment of The Anatomy of Beef featuring our own Master Butcher, Ray Venezia. Although this is the last webisode we have filmed, I know Ray still has many more lessons to teach us on this subject. I have received so many positive reviews of the first two segments so Ray and I are going to sit down and discuss more ideas in the near future.
We have a Mitchel & Me Live cooking demo coming up this Wednesday at our Broadway store. This event is sold out but you will be able to view the recipes right here at Discover Fairway that night. We are also going to film this demo and I hope to get it up on You Tube and Discover Fairway shortly thereafter. I will keep you all posted on when the video will be available.
