1. He only ever says that he can bring a few people that will say he didn't do anything inappropriate with them (as if they would incriminate themselves), and makes it about his "accomplishments" as governor.
2. He sets up a false difference between elected officials and legislators. Weren't they elected as well?

You've allowed his smooth car salesman spiel to brainwash you into feeling sorry for him. News flash: you can't compare him to any of us, because he is a PUBLIC SERVANT, and one that has been IMPEACHED, no less. Our politicians are or SHOULD be held to a higher standard than the average joe blow private citizen. He fails to meet that standard, and thus should be judged by his peers and their rules which ONLY govern politicians.

I say let him bring his "witnesses" but then also bring the hospital executive who was wearing a wire since 2003 when he tried to shake her down. The man is a total liar and I can't believe he got voted in twice.

He is still right about everything. Even after two years. Whatever wrongs he did is minor compared to what he has done for the people of Illinois. His predictions totally became true. Taxes were raised and special interests rule.
