I specifically address an e-mail from Nicole, a figure competitor in Australia, where she asks quesions on working a muscle group twice a week, etc. I explain what my lifting theory comprises of when I'm in building phase. This is Part I, Part II goes into a few questions about her diet.

  • @person107 Really, I don't see many, as long as it's achieved NATURALLY. Probably the biggest fear is getting too "bulky", at least for females, but I find that's usually because they also increase body fat, or have too much to begin with and therefore just feel "thick" when they gain a little lean muscle mass. As long as the hypertrophy comes with some strength, it's great for overall health including increased bone density and a slightly higher metabolism :) Thanks for commenting

  • @chellefit girls cant get bulky :) because girls have lower tetstrone levels then guys, or how ever you spell it lol ;) sorry im not a good speller, no girl should be affriad they get bulky, its all about what you eat :) good luck

  • first thing to know... working out is the last thing in gaining muscle, first get your body cleaned out, I mean a liver cleanse, if u have had white bread in the past ten years u need one its glue. when ur body works right muscle comes fast and easy, than I work out two times a week , the key is work out ur lower body the same time as ur upper body. because the biggest muscle in ur body is ur upper legs & when u work them it makes the most testosterone helping all other muscle in ur body.
