Well since I made a few labeling mistakes I decided to eitehr
a)Add Annotations or
b)Make a whole new one also adding all the audios I didn't have in the last one
I chose B, so this one is rather longer and uses differnt audios for certain people

  • Man they almost all sound the same. But who took home the Tony and the British Awards as Eponine? I think it was Lea

  • No. Not for Les Miserables anyway (and it's called the Laurence Olivier awards) she won that and a Tony for Miss Saigon. Frances Rufelle won a tony for playing Eponine. I wouldn't say all of them sound the same, some sound similar, bu a few stick out entirly

  • This particular sample is probably not very illustrative, but the most touching Eponine to me is Jessica Snow-Wilson.

I can't believe no one mentioned her, she's simply fantastic.

  • HOLY CRAP. sutton's version basically blew my pants off.

  • Been to see this show live many times... But none of the others can hold a candle to the performance by Jessica Snow Wilson over twenty years ago...

  • Your video is a favorite on Gabon

  • Your video is a favorite on Mexico

  • Did they add in that orchestration of the horns doubling the vocal line on I HAVE NEVER later on? I don't hear it on the OLC or OBC recordings...

  • Gemma Wardle. remember seen (and listen!) her 1997. She makes me favor eponie, genius voice, beautyful acting. It was a great show in the London Palace Theatre, the best i`ve ever seen.

  • It makes it difficult to choose a favorite especially when it goes on forever and ever. 1st foreign languages?

    2nd repeated singers?

    3rd extremely static-y singers?

Those made it hard to decide. I wish they would slow it down a notch. Ex: Samantha barks, Lea salonga

  • Most of them sound like strangled cats probably the recording quality does not help

Musical theatre singers always sound like this, they have to act as well. However Ma -Anne Dionisio stood out with Francis Rufelle and possibly Jessica Snow-Wilson

  • Where'd did you get the recording of Laura Michelle Kelly?

  • Could you send me a copy of Laura and Caroline?

  • Best:

    Lea Salonga

    Caroline Sheen

    Jessica-Snow Wilson

    Sarah-Uriate Berry

    Celia-Keenan Bolger

    Marissa McGowan

    Sutton Foster
