    There's a reason why NFL pros need to do 20+ reps with 250 and not just 1 rep... and that's no disrespect to these guys. They are pro gamers and very good at what they do, but I don't need it force fed to me that they are in great shape or incredibly strong. Sure, the big guy put up one rep of 435 - he's near 300 lbs so I'm not surprised - but I bet he's not running a half marathon anytime soon.
