Because those guys are winners just like Phil, they make a living out of music, something YOU will never be able to in alternative music. Their music is shit IMO, so I get your point, and they're fags indeed, but still, they fucking pwn you.

Rex is fucking awesome indeed, especially in PANTERA he had such awesome riffs under dimes solo's, that was really his signature shit. He fits perfectly in Down aswell, I just wish he'd quit drinking and get back to Down again... :/
However, the new bassist is great too saw him life, awesome guy!
