Yes this is the remastered version, i have it too.

the differernce is that he pronounces "wanted"' instead of saying "wan-ned"

also matt sings backing when he says "insencere"

and travis pronounces "far" instead of saying "yet so fa-...ahh.."

sonnys tone in different and the end when he says "i feel so close and im om yet so far or w/e" and the little sound from the vid at the end doesnt come out.
