Guild Wars Ritualist FOW Solo Farming

Here is my second Ritualist farming video in Guild Wars. This is a farming spot in Fissure of Woe(FOW) -the beach and the spider cave- one of the elite areas of Guild Wars, for obsidian shards. The build, skills and the attributes are shown in the video. The must-have skill here is a speed booster and I tried many others but Dash works fine for me.

You need to be careful with the aggro and timing because the line between life and death is really thin in this area.Also, you need to know when to retreat, otherwise you will get owned easily. I get around 1-4 obsidian shards per run in less than half an hour clearing all the cave. It can be done faster once you get used to.

Again sorry for the quality of the video as I am still working to find the best way to capture gameplay videos. I am using the free version of Camtasia but not much experienced with it yet.

is the UW run or this run more profitable?

i've been having really good luck on ecto drops in UW recently so I can't imagine this would be much better

@jharrisonmusic In terms of profit, UW is the best. But this is just a game and you may get bored doing the same thing repeatedly, that's why FOW and some other places are worth doing when you get bored from UW.

@tafelzilver Yes it is NM, never tried in HM but I guess it will be nearly impossible as the Shadow Army will not lose agro on you. Besides, shard drops in NM and HM are not much different in my experience.
