Happy Rhodes performing the Bee Gees song "Immortality". Somehow, the residue of the disco era made too many people forget that the Bee Gees were, and remain, brilliant pop songwriters.

This was a house concert in New Haven, CT at the home of Meth and Woj.

Shot with a Sony DV camera with a breathtakingly stupid design that requires removal from the tripod to change the tape. The tape ran out and that's why the ending is somewhat abrupt.

  • Sounded like a man when you went down that one time to "Immortality.." . You should try holding up. Otherwise, very beautifully done!

  • Check out Happy's other videos. She has an authentic 4 octave range, and can sing in alto as well as soprano and move easily up and down her range. The pitch shift was a stylistic choice rather than a mistake.

  • nice work, thanks for sharing.

  • nice voice!

  • The tape ended just as the song did, so k8fan faded out to avoid the abrupt cut-off. What a beautiful song!
