  • The point of this video and the whole Off the Couch series is to feature the success stories of real women. Being the videographer to have shot this piece, Kelly Meade and Kerianne Brown were just as perfect in real life as they were in the pictures shot by Paul Buceta.

The most memorable part of the day was seeing how important both women felt as the Oxygen team prepared them for the shoot.

Please encourage them and their efforts. They are "regular" women.

  • You're right vikmoudgill. These are 'real' women, who are working hard and juggling multiple priorities to get to where they are today. I really commend their efforts and enjoyed this video. Very inspiring!!!

  • @vikmoudgill - Thanks for standing up for these women and beautifully telling their stories. It takes a lot of commitment to have done what these women have done and much more courage to share it with a larger audience. Thank you Kelly Meade & Kerianne Brown for sharing your journey!

It's unfortunate to see/read women tearing other women down for doing something positive in their lives.

  • @SarahsFabChannel word up Sarah!

  • @SarahsFabChannel It's like trying to achieve some sort of imaginary sense of physical perfection with out being aware that they have to alter their sense of reality like a fun house mirror. Hardly any one achieves it and then they feel like a failure and give up.

  • Although I like this video, it's obvious how much the photos are photoshopped when the mag hits stands. As much as you are promoting health and taking action, you're also setting standards that are not attainable. It would be more beneficial to show these women without digitally editing them to sell your magazines.
