@zero021one As a musician, I have played with many good drummers over the years...37 years to be precise; and this cat in the video cannot drum! lol I would find him an intolerable distraction in a band, much less in "meditation"! No wonder Shamanism is demonic! ;-p

@DesertPaladin I can see how you might feel that way. Actually, drumming is one of the ancient shamanic practices for reaching beyond the limitations of the mind. Instead of meditation "in spite of" the drumming, one is surrendering "to" the drumming. Of course, it's not for everyone, some people prefer silence, but if you have never had the opportunity to participate in a drumming circle, it's worth checking out.

Kinda hard to "meditate" with that Dead-Beat banging that drum! ROFL! Maybe he should bang his head; it would certainly be just as hollow, but at least softer!
