probably because they have more trains in service in those places and are an essential component to the European and Indian daily commutes while in American trains are regarded as lower class and get less funding... so of the meager amount of funding Americans give to trains in the U.S., there are more train accidents per trains in service in the U.S. vs. train accidents per trains in service in Europe and maybe India. Hence the Connecticut train crash today...

01:40 - Wait a minute... So the trains are all falling and killing everyone, but the jackasses in this train car are just, you know, kinda like, grove'n out with their newspaper, some check (seemingly) putting the moves on some dude, and they haven't even gone over the bridge and then WHAM!! a steel I beam comes flying through the train they're in.

"So... you uh doing anything after we're free from this deadly, air curable disease?" "No, not at all, I'd love to..." *I BEAM!* "AUGHHH!!!

The funniest thing about this movie is that this is so far from reality in Europe, this event would be more likely in America's deteriorating rail system. I know this because I'm American and our rail system is worse than the poorest nations in Africa.
