From "The Early Years New Mexico State University"

These "Centennial Minutes" were created as part of the 1988 NMSU 100th birthday celebration. The NMSU Centennial Committee funded Agricultural Communications, as it was then known, to create these historical spots which were used on TV, in touch screen kiosks at fairs and malls, and in public appearances by the NMSU officials.

The video production team was lead by Dr. Jeanne Gleason and Patrick Holian, with graphics by Larry Emerson. Carla Aragon was the hostess.

  • So THAT'S who he is. He's the name of a street perpendicular to Union off University Avenue in Las Cruces.
