in my experiance comosting with worms is much more efficiant because the cast can be made by the worms in three months or shorter and the castings are about 5 times better then normal comost and normal compost can actualy burn or damage plants if not applied properly but with worm casting you can plant somthing purely in worm castings and it will not burn or damage the plant at all
I heard 3 parts green to 1 part brown in another video. I'm not saying either is right or wrong, there's many ways to compost. Some using worms, some not, some in a bin, some just in a pile right out in the open.
A few years ago, two parents went out for dinner. A few hours later, the babysitter was calling to ask if she could cover up the clown statue in the kids' room, the father said,"Take the kids and get out of the house. We'll call the police, we don't have a clown statue." The "clown statue" is really a killer that escaped from jail. If you don't post this letter on to 10 videos tonight, the clown will be in your bed at 3:00 am with a chainsaw in his hand
You can do whatever you want. I have three compost piles: a bin with worms, an outside pile that I turn once a week, and a five-gallon bucket that I add to and mix daily.
The idea is that the more human interaction (turning) you have with your pile, the faster it will break down because of the mixing of moisture, materials, oxygen, et cetera.
