If you had taken out a gun and shot the song between the eyes, you would not have killed it any less than what you did here. So many great ways to do this song, and you carefully avoided all of them.

The singing is a little bit too stacato, but it's a hard song and you guys did a pretty good job with it.

According to AllMusic, the version as we know it was first recorded in 1969 by Crosby, Stills & Nash, and only two years later was it recorded by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.
