Simply Dean is saying "I don't wanna, uh I dont wanna..." Nervously, Its from 4x10 when Anna mentions Hell, I think. The he says "I cant" Which is from the same scene. In the actual scene he says 'I dont wanna, uh, I cant talk about that...."

Dean: mummbles something nervously.

then says: I can't...

Then Brooke kisses him, they kiss. Then Sam comes in, and Dean says he sorry. That's what I got. but I'm still not suure what his first words to Brooke were. He mumbles something there. lol.
