  • All fish have at least trace amounts of mercury. Salmon (wild Pacific), shrimp, tuna, etc. generally have the least amount, while swordfish, shark, etc. have the most amount. They're safe to eat some of the time, just don't be wolfing them down every day or two.

  • I LOVE SALMON! MY FAVORITE SEAFOOD.

    Farm raised salmon does have mercury but it is a negligible amount.
