The reason why the english version of FFX had horrible lip syncing is because I think the only place they altered the lips for English is in the CGI and important cutscenes.

@PrincessGarnetXVI Yeah, I hope somebody in the future decides to do a more direct translation of this game, even if they just replace the subs. I know a few things in this scene that weren't translated properly (surprise!), and I'm sure there are more.

While I love the original japanese voices i cant quote connect with Tidus using this voice. Mainly because i keep expecting him to scream BANKAI!

thank god its in japanese =) i hate listening to the english dubs, the english voice actors like kill the moment >_>

@ThatViolaGirl I agree, that is one of the scenes where the english dub actually works well. Yunas voice actress really put a lot of emotion into this scene.

2:22 is weird... in english he says ,,that's right" and in Japnese he is like ,,Nah, the pilgrimage" :D

hmm actually just watched the spring scenes in eng and jap and i thought they just took the jap one to use for the english one :O but i actually prefer yuna and tidus's voices in the english one just for that scene ^-^

Ahahahhaa Rikku sounds like Ryuk in this one.. but anyway I love this scene! I prefer the japanese voices.. but actually english isn't totally horrible cmon... :) I'm relaly looking forward to the remake. I want more scenes to develop their relationship and more full motion videos pleaaase >< and please fix up the gameplay and the in-game char graphics... :D

Beautiful scene, even if the translation isn't right. But that is the english video, so...

xD Is it weird I once had a dream at this place? Tidus and Yuna weren't around, but Kimhari was...

I think Tidus sounds good in both english and japanese. I like Yuna a bit better in english- I think she should sound a bit more shy than cutesy, personally, like in english.

why all this hate towrds the english dubs? well k, japanese ones are better for sure, but the english ones are awesome aswell, especially tidus, i find his voice actor to be very epic.
