"SCUD" Cloud. Back end of a Tornadic Super Cell that dropped a confirmed Tornado near Gaylord, MN. Scud clouds, are a type of fractus cloud, are low, detached, irregular clouds found beneath cumulonimbus clouds. These clouds are often ragged or wispy in appearance.
