that is amazing cocidering how small and young you were since this was 2 years ago your either 12 or 13 now well i can do any pull up activity/muscle ups 50 times and im only 13(; im also a boy 2 but ive been working out for years so ya:p

I can do that that's easy and I'm nine
-
That is incredible, well done young lady!

@icedog141 i would not agree with to you with THis video. a "muscle up" is supposed to not have anything to do with technique, where by just using massive amounts of force to pull yourself up should do the trick.

To answer your question, yes I am stronger, but I also weigh a "little" more. Happy?
-
wow, this is incredible strong!

@gustavocologni im pretty sure you draw the line at practical, natural exercise... i'd argue this is actually really good for her, so long as she's not being forced to do it and wants to do it

@GeoffTaucer Well said. Not to mention, the poster you were replying to is under the impression she is 5, even the the title clearly says she's 10.
technique > strength. always.

I don't know... it seems a bit strange to have a 5 y.o. girl pushing herself PHISICALLY that hard. just doesn't seem right ! Is fine to do sports when you are a kid. Pushing skills limits is one thing Like that Korean Kid that can play drums, or Beethoven for that matter.. I've heard many times that guys that aren't fully developed shouldn't do heavy weights or they could have problems. And we are talking about 16 y.o. guys. She's lifting her own b.w. until she can't do it anymore.

@gustavocologni It is generally considered a bad idea for athletes who are not fully developed to do more advanced straight-arm strength work (such as crosses, malteses, etc), but to the best of my knowledge there does not exist any research suggesting that muscle-ups pose such a risk.
That said, it would probably be a bad idea for her to train these to the point of failure multiple times within a single workout, but doing so once should not pose any health risk.
